If you don't know how to start a new exercise program, you can simply sign up for our complimentary fitness test for all new clients. In this 30 min session, we will go over your fitness goals, complete a gentle fitness test and create a plan that best fits your needs. Fitness sessions can be done virtually on zoom or in person.
